Finishing:

We always achieve the rich floor color that your deserve by using only the highest quality stains available. The3-4 coats of premium oil or water-based polyurethane finishes we use will provide years of protection for your floors for years.

Sanding:

New or old, your floor is in good hands. We use the highest-tech machinery and best technique to make your floors extra smooth!

Refinishing:

Hardwood floor refinishing refers to sanding a previously finished hardwood floor, down to the raw wood, in order to remove all the existing stain color and finish. This process will remove dents, scratches and other floor imperfections that a quick recoat will NOT.

Machines are used to sand the flooring for a proper refinish, at least 3 passes are needed.
A hardwood floor needs at least 3 coats of premium polyurethane finish (we prefer 4), to ensure good protection and appearance.

All shoe moldings on the floors should be removed prior to sanding, in order to provide a through, even sand. New moldings can be installed after all the coats of finish have been applied.
